2. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Each request requires the processing of connection data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer, browser, operating system, status code and transferred data volume. This is necessary to provide a secure and stable website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. According to the host, server logs are normally deleted after no more than seven days, unless a specific security incident requires longer storage. A data processing agreement is in place where required.
3. Browser-based manga tools
The generators use JavaScript, Canvas and browser functions. Text, selected files and generated graphics remain in the browser and are not uploaded to our servers. Downloads are generated locally on your device. Your browser or operating system may manage file dialogs and download histories independently.
4. Contact
When you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process your contact details and message to answer the request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the matter is completed unless statutory retention duties apply. Required fields are email address, subject, message and acknowledgement of this privacy policy. Providing a name is optional.
5. External links and Instagram
No Instagram content, social plugins or tracking pixels are embedded. Data is transferred to Instagram or DOSIGNY only after you actively follow an external link. The external provider is then responsible for its processing.
6. Google AdSense and consent management
After approval, this website intends to use Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When ads are displayed, Google and advertising partners named in the consent interface may process cookies or local storage, pixels or web beacons, IP addresses, device and browser information, and usage or interaction data. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Purposes include ad delivery, frequency control, measurement and—only where chosen—personalisation. Personalised advertising can also be disabled in Google Ads Settings. Data may be transferred to Google LLC or other recipients in third countries. Google states that it relies in particular on applicable adequacy decisions or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
AdSense will only be activated after a Google-certified consent management platform has been configured for the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Where legally required, cookies and comparable technologies will be used only with consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG and subsequent processing will be based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Rejecting must be as easy as accepting. A choice can be changed at any time using “Privacy and cookie settings” in the footer. Until AdSense is activated, the prepared integration does not load Google advertising services.

7. Cookies and local storage
While AdSense is disabled, the operator does not set optional cookies or use optional local storage. Once activated, the certified consent platform stores your choice and AdSense may—depending on that choice and the law—use cookies or similar technologies. The consent interface displays details on purposes, providers and storage periods before a decision.
8. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision is the competent local authority.
